Excellent experience working directly and closely to their team

The customer service was great! They were extremely helpful in getting me up-to speed quickly with my plan of action for DR implementation as well as providing guidance throughout our relationship. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking at implementing an offsite backup solution or just want some peace of mind that your business can be back online fast when disaster strikes (or even before). We have been able solve many issues related specifically around backups but we haven't

  • It is easy enough use once setup no steep learning curve required like other products such Microsoft Azure Backup Service which requires considerable effort both technical & administrative prior deployment

  • Honestly nothing
