Plantar Fasciitis Leg & Foot Supports

They have helped me with my plantar fasciitis, they are comfortable and offer great support. I don't wear them all the time as I wear compression stockings during the long day and my Birkenstock on days off. I only wear them at night when I choose to torture myself and wear heels or cute flat sandals with no support.

No support, better just wrap.

I was hoping that they would provide some support for the ankle that I have sprained several times over the years but would still allow me to wear regular shoes. Well, they're thin enough to wear regular shoes, but they don't really offer any support; They look more like fingerless yoga socks than anything designed for stability. It's definitely better to just wrap it up.

A great helper in the heat!

my knuckles felt weird; inside they looked like sour spaghetti. That's the only way I can describe the feeling. Those of you with varicose veins can probably understand that. Helps relieve pain from plantar fasciitis, a great alternative to non-arch support shoes.

I've had plantar fasciitis for a long time, but I don't let it stop me from doing what I love (hiking, yoga, step aerobics). I started wearing them for step aerobics and also during the day when I wear shoes that don't have good arch support. They fit snugly to provide arch support for relieving plantar fasciitis pain.
