Sound and volume are very low, you can't hear you and the battery doesn't last long, you have to keep switching from right to left.

Terrible sound quality. Bought a Skullcandy Push Ultra and they sound way better than these. They're comfortable and durable if that's all you care about.

This is a good product, but it is very different from what is presented on the website. When I bought the headphones I thought they were gray and they are black, that was the only problem.

The sound quality is good and the design allows you to hear what's going on around you. These are not noise canceling headphones. The battery life is great and they are very comfortable.

refurbished ordered to save money unfortunately the product did not even receive properly prepared. Both headphones are somehow for the left ear, and one does not work at all / is defective out of the box. Should have listened to other posters

They were defective when delivered. Pairing with the phone was initially unsuccessful after several attempts and failed by following the instructions that came with the headphones. After troubleshooting, only one side connects to the device and plays audio. Disappointed and returned for a different item.

I wasn't very impressed with these headphones after buying 2 different pairs of cheaper brands. I was under the impression that this would be better sound quality, setup and/or overall quality. But after wearing them for the first time I decided to send them back because I ended up being more impressed with the cheaper pair.
