    A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

    I use it as a gaming headset for xbox. Positioning is great. Immersion 100%. Hours of play are not annoying. Do not sweat, do not press, do not strain! Just immersion and enjoyment.     Works well. When it works

    When this headset works the sound is great/clear and the mic picks up my voice well. I would have given it a 5 if the mic wasn't accidentally plugged in. No amount of unplugging/plugging and unplugging the kit and mic and cable solves the problem and it's so frustrating. Eventually it just works again but I couldn't figure out what to do to make it work when it does.

    Great budget headphones

    These RIG 400HS headphones sound great - way better than I expected. They have been rated elsewhere as "accurate sounding" and I'm glad I followed that advice. I don't even know how to describe the balanced sound - no stupid bass (the bass is really rich) and no scratchy highs (the highs sound open and beautiful). Much better than anything else I have found at this price because they are comfortable to wear and lightweight.

    Pretty good in accessories

    Pretty good sound quality, comfortable fit, ear pads are very soft and can be worn over the ear if you don't have big ears. Detachable microphone. Looks like a strong cord. I wish the audio toggle had a bit more grip or something to make muting and unmuting easier. A lightweight. Literally identical to the RIG 400HX gaming headset, the only difference is which logo is on top and what packaging it comes in, be it Xbox or PlayStation. I wish the cable was shorter and the mic smaller.

    Does not work with Xbox despite claiming compatibility.

    I bought this headset based on the positive reviews and although it is listed as PS4 the description says it is compatible with the Xbox controller. Unfortunately this was not the case. This noise for these headphones was constantly coming in and out which was very frustrating. The microphone was also an issue as it also muted when talking to friends. On the plus side they are extremely comfortable and when the audio works the sound quality was great. I wouldn't recommend this if you plan to…

    I HATE headphones with any plastic case, they tend to break in the temple area of the headband, but the Plantronics headset is exactly what isn't there, you can adjust the height by turning the speakers separate , to make the headband a single whole, the headband does not look like it will break soon.     Pro - it is very convenient. There are three different slots that allow you to adjust how the cups fit your ears. The foam around the cups is soft and doesn't press on the ears.
