Review on RIG 400HS Stereo Gaming Headset for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Computers by Ruth Hosey

When this headset works the sound is great/clear and the mic picks up my voice well. I would have given it a 5 if the mic wasn't accidentally plugged in. No amount of unplugging/plugging and unplugging the kit and mic and cable solves the problem and it's so frustrating. Eventually it just works again but I couldn't figure out what to do to make it work when it does.
