And I'm not sure how well they handle pressure changes. I liked the inner shoe. This will prevent more air from getting into the contents. I used them for homemade whipped cream.

I was looking for something professional for homemade salt scrubs or creams. It's a great can, and it has an important plastic insert that transforms it from a four-star pro to a five-star pro. My only complaint is that if I'm planning to fill and sell something like a farmers market, they're overpriced. If I could buy them in bulk at the best price I would be delighted. I like them better than the similar item I bought from Uline.
