Well if in a pinch! - Ornaments

Pros: Economic/Value Cons: Poor design (need to break molding plastic to use both), almost transparent.

Terrible quality good for decoration

SUPER cheaply made. It is very thin (you can see through it) and tears easily when put on. Maybe you could find better jewelry at the dollar store.

Suitable for party supplies in Event & Party Supplies

We bought this item for my daughter's birthday party. The plastic part used to hang the whirlwind is easy to remove, or you can just twist it around or tape it in place, but it's not expensive. It turned out well and looked beautiful! They also arrived on time!
