I use this to inject fluid into the steering damper of a motorcycle during repairs/maintenance. I also use them to fill lead-acid batteries with water without a funnel.

I bought them to lubricate them with sewing machine oil. I have a Juki and it needs oil every time I use it. I cut off the smallest part of the tip. I cannot precisely control the amount of oil dispensed. When I tilt it to lubricate the spool area, it's quite difficult to get the nozzle in the right spot before the oil comes out. I do not recommend this product for lubricating sewing machines.
