hard pass. No lists!

Downloading was pretty easy. Although the downloadable amount was not displayed. It took almost a day to charge. Worst of all, you don't have a list of the CDs you just inserted. The list is at the bottom of the screen. I have to switch between the albums you want to hear. I've had 4-5 MP3 players over the years. Everyone had album lists. Pretty useless. Plus the first one I got didn't have a memory card! Got a replacement which he was in. Sent both back.

Good Sound, Bad Control

Product looks good but no instructions. The product is from China and the person who writes the instructions cannot translate into English. I ordered 2 players and one had bad headphones (no sound on one side) and a very very small screw fell out of the bottom of the player and couldn't be put back in and tightened. The menu in the player cannot be used and there are no instructions on how to use it. The sound quality is good and it was easy to sync music from the computer to the player. Payโ€ฆ

Not worth the time, money, or frustration

This MP3 player is the most disappointing thing ever. I downloaded all my music and some mp4s. It took me hours to organize my music and videos and I have no idea what I clicked but now EVERYTHING is gone. middle button? It is for decoration only. If you want to press "Enter" you need to press the menu key. Even then, he just does what he wants. It's not easy to navigate or use. Also, it doesn't always work. Do you mean reading the instructions? There is 1/4 sheet of paper, which is uselessโ€ฆ
