Surprisingly delicious. Easy on the stomach. No soy. So far no negative effects. For best (smoothest) results, first mix one scoop of pf powdwr with a glass (or slightly more) of room temperature water, then add cold milk to taste.

I have mixed water with almond/coconut milk in a shaker but the taste comes out very coarse/meaty (2/5). I just use a small blender bottle and it's perfect. (5/5) Rating is updated after the third 2.4 lb container. Impressed with the overall quality of the plant-based proteins proven in the past.

I love this protein - I buy it every month and drink it every day. I've tried MANY meal replacement/protein shakes and this one tastes the best, has the nutrient and amino acid profile etc I'm looking for, and is thick (unlike some of the watery shakes I've tried). Basically I was looking for something similar to Shakeology and this is the best I've found for literally 1/3 the price.
