Plugable is our choice for routers and cables. This passive adapter cable is almost instantly recognized by an ASUS laptop. Tests included DVD-Video and SSD drives, everything worked as it should.

Works great with my Moto X4

It works great with my Moto X4. I wanted a passive USB-C to USB-A phone adapter and this one works great. I inserted a USB stick and my phone recognized it. I've also used it with a Pluggable USB 2.0 to Fast Ethernet adapter and it works great.

It works, but not at the speed it should

Goods received quickly. Plugged it into a Dell Latitude 5300 2 in 1 USB-C port and plugged in Category 5 Ethernet cable. Recognized right away and broadband worked straight away. I checked the speed of the Internet, I use Spectrum and the speed is 400 Mbit/s. After several tests, the speed averaged 320 Mbit/s. I have several other computers connected to the router and they all consistently log in at over 420Mbps. I turned off the wired connection and started Wi-Fi, which worked consistently at…
