I was hesitant because there were no written reviews and the seller listed both the material and color as brass. I asked a question and the user "tom454" confirmed that the finish is chrome. Received and installed. The quality is good, corresponds to the bows from the hardware store. Like the elbows in the shops, this one isn't polished as well as the straight tubes, and the nuts have a non-shiny finish (zinc?). Overall very happy with it. Sometimes you just need 45!
