Ideal as portable paper scissors

I use these scissors to cut a US letter page in half. I bought these because I needed a long pair of scissors that would allow me to split the product order pages down the middle with the least amount of shearing (open and close) and get a straight line. Consider these scissors if you can't afford it (or don't have room for paper scissors) and don't want to cut a long line with a ruler and knife.
