Gave them 3 stars just because they are better than most tweezers. But compared to the original Pocketweez, it sucks. The teeth aren't ground as precisely as the original and the teeth don't even touch at the top. Picking out a splinter is much more difficult than with the originals. The original had sharp points and the grinding of the mating surfaces was precise, creating an easy and secure grip on whatever you gripped. There aren't many of them. When working with custom woodwork I use it almost every day. I love my pocket tweezers. The only place I don't take it is at TSA checkpoints.

When I first heard about the design update, I also had to *order* two PockeTweez. I've had the previous model for a few years now and I think these tweezers are wonderful. Unfortunately, PockeTweez Too doesn't live up to the high standards of the originals. Both of the tweezers I received don't quite match. The pair I received don't curl properly at the end which means they can't pull out hair or splinters. They can be useful for picking up small parts or the like. It's a neat design, but I think good connection at the ends is key for a pair of tweezers, and it absolutely failed that test.

I'm a bit disappointed. After a long wait I thought we would get a great product. They don't feel solid, the handle just feels like plastic (I know it's polymer but it seems cheap) and the tweezers feel pretty flimsy. The original model was much better. I wanted to, I really did.

The most effective set of tweezers I have ever owned. I use it to get wood shavings out of my hands and fingers. I recommend the product unreservedly.

Made in the USA, very high quality product. Just don't forget to clean it when you get it, mine had metal shavings left over from production. Although it washes off easily. $20 is a lot for a pair of tweezers but I will have them for the rest of my life unlike the Chinese ones sold in big stores.

Received yesterday. Although the two sides appear to be touching exactly, the tweezers don't pick up anything I've tried them on.
