Total junk. Firstly, this camera has clearly been used, returned and repackaged. There are obvious scratches on the front cover and lines, dust and scratches on the LCD. Secondly, the battery cover can hardly be opened. It's lighter than a pack of matches and leaves you wondering if there's anything inside the camera body. The overall build quality is very cheap, unfinished and inferior to a Chinese toy.

Looking for a cheap camera, you found it. A pair of AAA batteries and a micro SD card are required for operation. The quick start guide is useless except to give you a complete camera manual which is also full of errors but helps a lot. The buttons aren't obvious, but the manual controls help, the screen isn't too bad, the camera doesn't quite match the documentation.
