Powerful Single Black Polk 🔊 Audio RM7 Satellite Speaker: Superior Sound Quality Review

The sound quality is good, but due to the compactness of this speaker, low frequencies are really underestimated. Unfortunately I don't have a quality subwoofer to work with them which I think would make a huge difference.

I have had RM7 front and center speakers for my home theater system for 3 years. It produces an excellent, well-defined sound. Got this to replace a left speaker that blew up, I think I'm asking too much of them sometimes.

I have previously ordered the RM705, 5.1 (6 speaker system) and was blown away by the sound. I hooked it up to an Onkyo TX NR 515 7.2 receiver so when I found 2 RM7 satellite speakers for such a ridiculous price I couldn't turn down the offer.

I received the speakers in like new condition as advertised with no incident. They work great and complement my 7.1 surround sound setup. I installed them in my living room with RM8 speakers. I would recommend these speakers. They are durable and transparent. I have them now with a receiver that puts out 110 watts per channel and works perfectly.

I bought these 5.1 headphones 3 years ago and used the larger Infinity set to complement the 7.1 headphones I needed. I'm glad I can still get them. They sound good for their size, are reasonably priced, don't stand out visually, and now all my "speech" speakers are consistent. Don't expect much from them unless you're using a powerful subwoofer.

Very good replacement for a bookshelf speaker. Long story short, I dropped the speaker and had to have it replaced. Since this was for a 5.1 system it only needed to play audio (in this case) for the front left. So this loudspeaker does not reproduce all sound channels. front left only, so audio reproduction in this area is excellent. For those looking to replace/use the speaker as a stereo, you might want to check with another reviewer who uses it.

I bought these to replace the crappy built in speakers on my excellent Vizio TV. They are good quality but the woofer is 2.5 inches and they are sealed so there is no port to boost the bass. I hooked it up to an old amp ($20) and an Altec gaming subwoofer I got from security. ($25) and they sound decent together. I haven't measured, but I suspect there's a definite lack of mid-bass in such a small speaker due to the 120Hz crossover and the low frequency limit of the subwoofer. made, looks good…
