My eyes are noticeably less tired and irritated from the long hours in front of the screen. I like the stylish design and the lightness of the frame. My only negative comment is that I ordered black frames and got gold ones instead. I will not be returning them as I needed them immediately and I can already see the benefits. Not my ideal color but they still look nice. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

I love these shoes so much I'm trying to get a pair with a prescription in this style right now. They're the perfect amount of plus size without swallowing up your entire face. I work in a hospital and spend 8-12 hours a day on the computer which has noticeably reduced eye strain and headaches. The only minor downside is that they are very reflective, which I personally don't care, but if you're shy then definitely keep that in mind.

I haven't noticed a significant difference in my sleep quality because I have problems and often sleep at 4-5am, but I like wearing them. They are thin, light and cute. They are very thin so be careful if you plan on wearing them all the time. In general I am satisfied. It even came with a blue light tester, carrying pouch, and microfiber.
