This is my first gel set. I bought several sets because I really like them. It's definitely different than regular nail polish, but I'm learning. You only need a thin coat of base, thin coats of color and just a coat of top coat. In the photo here, I've applied the top two coats and they look a bit separated. Just don't repeat my mistake. Also the nail polish lasts a long time, I love this nail product and the brand, the company is good and I recommend it.

The quality of these gels is top notch and they last forever. Not brittle, when removed they become rubbery and will not break the nail. You can also use fewer layers. Colors are not exact. No teal; it is dark gray and blue gray. Three pink. Pink, pale and white-pink. I have bought this brand before and love it but the colors are NOT accurately represented. I won't rate it badly just because the colors aren't accurate; Quality is what I buy. You must pack the exact colors with the pictures.
