No longer works in portable speakers and docking stations

Not at all waterproof Dropped, it hovered for two seconds before I quickly grabbed it. After that it didn't work at all. I pressed the reset button, plugged it in, let it dry for a few days and it just wouldn't turn on. The reset button is red, but nothing else works.

I ordered this speaker back in December 2019. Very solid speaker and sounded good. It's not the loudest speaker, but I mainly used it for in-car iHeartRadio streaming. It was August 2020 and the charging connector was damaged. So I figured $40 was going out the window. I contacted Azim with little expectation. Boy was I wrong they sent me a new speaker right away. All I can say is that they stand by their product! Excellent customer service!

Great sound and great seller

I bought it a year ago, don't use it much but the sound is great, love the different colors and it's so good it's waterproof is, but when I went to charge it last weekend I must have struggled to connect the cable to the accessory without knowing what happened, but something inside is either broken or twisted and I couldn't connect to charge manufacture. I emailed the seller and he was immediately willing to send me a new one which should be arriving shortly. 18 months guarantee. I will…

That you can connect two of them together.

This is the second one I have received. The first one was defective so I sent it back to exchange for this one. However, Revain sent a replacement before I sent the defective one back. So at some point I had two of them and you can connect them both. Which is amazing. So I will eventually buy a second one from Revain. The sound quality is good and the battery lasts a long time. I haven't tested how waterproof it is. That's why I don't give it an A when it counts.

Like it (except for slight behavior)

Bought because my sister was on vacation and she was happy with it. I liked mine too. The sound is respectable for the size. The battery life seems good to me. I don't regret my purchase one bit. If I had to be picky, the only thing I don't care about is the default lighting setting. By default, when it's playing music, it flashes (on the edges and near the tweeters) and changes color to the rhythm of the music.
