Keeps my external DVD player/recorder clean and dust-free between uses. Very robust case, perfectly dimensioned for the drive. Recommend this product to anyone who wants to protect their external DVD player from damage caused by rough handling or dust between uses.

Exactly as described, fits well on my external DVD, makes a stable impression. I don't know how well the exterior performs with normal wear and tear. But the smell is terrible. When you open it, it smells horribly of chemicals. I left it open overnight for it to go away, which seems to have happened. But after closing and subsequent use, the smell returned. If it doesn't go away soon I'll have to return it or throw it away and buy something else.

Great protective case for my Apple USB SuperDrive! I am confident that my drive is also well protected from the weather. As is the price! It comes with a strap.

I love this case for my DVD drive. It's durable and has neat internal features for storing CDs, cables, or a flash drive. It feels very durable which is perfect for keeping the rider protected in my pack. A really good case for the price!

Excellent product to protect my Blu-ray recorder. I travel a lot and use my scribe for my work. What better way to protect my investment than with this product and they back up what they say about device protection and it really is! When you travel, you cannot go anywhere without protection. A few months ago I had to get a new computer. So I had to buy an external optical drive, and I also needed a bag to store it. It was packaged well and appears to be well made. This case is perfect for my LG ultra slim external DVD/CD player (optical drive) and similar sized DVD/CD drives. It has an elastic band to keep it in place, a pocket on the other side that holds my installation disc and drive cable, and a detachable wrist strap. It's a tough fall that I'm sure will protect when it falls.

Some people expect hard plastic. I knew it wasn't a plastic case just by looking at the picture. I didn't even look that closely to identify it because if I did, I'd find that the outside isn't the textured nylon I was hoping for. I'm not taking off a star because I'm not very observant. The material will be more prone to fingerprints and scratches, but that's due to my work environment and travel. This is a case well made. Haircut and so far everything looks great.
