Worked better than I thought. Because the claw was so small I figured it wouldn't do the job, but it's definitely worth it. I have one for my husband and one for my father in law as they used to get bad scratches on their backs. This is the perfect length to hit the mid and lower back. But my husband collapsed after a few weeks. The metal parts in the handle came loose and fell out. It was difficult to put back together but we ended up ordering a new one as it worked fine for him.

The claw is a bit small that's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars but they are very strong, the handles are telescopic which is handy for getting around those hard to reach places to reach places for men. who has a convex figure like me. Everything is fine with a few changes, but one major drawback remains. The length is perfect and the adjustment is good. The problem is that the hand is too flat, especially when using the overhead scraper. However, when I bent my arm inward about 10 degrees, it got much better to reach all the points on my back.
