Everything is fine with a few changes, but one major drawback remains. The length is perfect and the adjustment is good. The problem is that the hand is too flat, especially when using the overhead scraper. However, when I bent my arm inward about 10 degrees, it got much better to reach all the points on my back. Problem #1 solved. Issue #2 is a minor deal breaker though. Because the hand is on a telescoping pole, it rotates unexpectedly (and unintentionally) when you scratch vigorously. That means you scratch your back with the blunt back of your hand – without effect. I wouldn't buy them again. I would choose what I've used so far - a bamboo noodle server. Serious. Don't judge harshly - of course, this one in my house is only there to scratch your back.
