Easy to assemble

I ordered two of these from the 'used like new' section. I spent a lot of time reading reviews before purchasing; I was very apprehensive about putting them together after reading the reviews. My friend, a 20-year veteran, assured me that everything would be fine, and he was right! I had no problems assembling it. I assembled them myself right after receiving them as I wanted to return them if something went wrong. I will keep them and look forward to many hikes where I don't sleep on a…

CAUTION BUYER for outdoor recreation

(BUYER BEWARE) This thing is junk, used less than a month and is falling apart on its own, BY ABSOLUTELY (THIN STRUCTURE DESIGN) over 265 lbs, I'm Only 165, I'm a little guy, trust me anyway, don't waste your money on this, it needs to be reminded before anyone gets seriously hurt. This article is from the product line. (42% Revain Coustomers gave it 5 stars) (20% gave it 1 star) Rating. Trust me, people don't waste their time or money on this product.

Lightweight Cot: Cots & Hammocks

I spent countless nights in a military bunk during my military career. This crib is constructed the same way but with much lighter materials. I only bought it to transport horses/mules. It weighs exactly 15 pounds, while a military bed weighs almost 25. I set it up carefully, trying not to handle it roughly. I'm 180lbs and not sure I would trust it to someone over 200lbs even though it's rated at 260lbs. It sleeps no differently than a standard military bed and follows the same path. I give it…

After the initial setup, everything is great!

The first few times it was almost impossible to set up. I almost gave up and went back. When we finally got it together I left it for a few days for the kids to sit and lie on and stretch out. Since then, assembly and disassembly has been child's play. Pros: Light weight Easy to install - once you stretch it Easy to disassemble and fits easily in a camp chair bag Cons: VERY difficult to set up initially Legs are light and don't feel very strong Caps on the ends of the legs and crossbars kept…

Better than an air mattress

Bought 2 of these camping beds almost 2 years ago. Since then we have used both several times. They seem to be holding up very well. My husband is 5ft 9" and 225 pounds and I am 5ft 8" and weigh about 200 pounds and we could both sleep comfortably in these cribs. The first few times I had a very hard time getting the second of the two little sticks in place, but my husband was very good at getting them in place. After that, however, the fabric stretched enough that I was able to assemble it…

That's great. Sturdy

I bought two of these so my husband and I no longer have to sleep on the ground while hiking. Our dog is afraid of air mattresses so this is not an option for us. That's great. Sturdy, easy to unfold and put in (the last plug is hard to insert because everything is tight, but you just have to push it), big enough to put bags on and AMAZING to get up in the morning, sit down and put your feet on on the floor and stand up. Tips: Put a cozy blanket underneath or you'll wake up with a warm upper…
