I have used this potty for two of my girls and it still looks new. When I first started potty training my girls, I decided to borrow pots from other friends so my girls could quickly get to the potty from anywhere in my house. As my girls got better at dealing with accidents, I started removing the extra pots. After trying several types of pots I have to say my research paid off, Pourty Potty is the best! It is easy to clean, easy to throw off and leaves no marks, stains, absorbs odors and does

Great potty for a young child

I like this potty. We started putting a baby on it at 10 months old so we needed something she could feel a little more stable on than the seat cover that fits over a full sized toilet. At 15 months she started to approach him to show him that she had to use him. It is very easy to clean as it is in one piece. After use, I empty the contents into a large toilet bowl, fill it with water from the sink and pour it into the toilet bowl to flush it too, and put it back on the floor. Spray once a…

Works very well (even for guys)!

After much research we bought this potty for our 9 month old son knowing potty training was just around the corner. I wasn't sure what to expect as it was only $14.95 and I was concerned about the fender. We could not find a pot with a good splash guard. This pot was great! We haven't had any issues with liquid leaking anywhere other than the pot. And it's easy to empty and clean. I like that it's solid and sturdy so we don't have to worry about it tipping over. And because the bowl is smooth…

Perfect pot on pots

This pot is amazing. My wife has been making pottery for our 7 month old daughter since she was 5.5 months old. Yes, she uses the potty most of the time and poops in it, my wife uses it. My wife just dresses our daughter when she goes to the bathroom. excellent mother-daughter bond. Bonus: We only use half the diapers we're used to. Now for the pot itself. It has a very sleek design. Our daughter is very easy to sit. It's also very durable, so you don't have to worry about it bending or…

  • All right!

My daughter loves this potty!

We started potty training about 4 months ago (when my daughter was 27 months old) and used a different potty seat (pink seat which had more detail). In the first month my daughter only used the potty once and for the next 3 months she refused to sit on the potty. I thought maybe I was just too hasty. I recently decided that we should get back to potty training so I bought this potty along with the Potty Princess book and my daughter actually used the potty twice on the first night - I was so…

Purple pot difficult to wash

Love the color (purple). Great concept - this is the first light pot I've seen. I already had a Fisher Price Precious Planet Froggy Potty and expected it to be my new favorite when it came out. We practice exclusive communication with our 9 month old daughter and I wanted a bottom potty so she can sit on herself once she starts walking. (The Fisher-Price pot is huge) The reason I still prefer the Fisher-Price pot despite its size; The Pourty potty is small and light, and with no non-slip pads…

Good potty for excretory communication with small children

We practice "excretory communication" with our children (now the fourth child, we have already done this with two of the three older ones) and simply offer them a Potty every time we change her diaper at home since birth (outside the home we sometimes use the potette when the baby is big enough to sit up unaided). Our third son is only 2.5 years old and needed an extra potty if the newborn needs one while the other is in use. I liked the Baby Bjorn Little Potty (aka BBLP, one-piece design…

  • Super price

  • Big and chunky

My little one is potty training herself!

My 15 month old daughter loves this potty so much she is potty training herself! We weren't planning on potty training for another year or so, but we did want pots in case she wanted to try them and just get used to them. I put this one in pink in the corner of our bedroom on the bathmat with some books next to it, showed it to her and told her it was her pot. When she woke up the next morning she asked us to change her diaper but as soon as I took the diaper off she jumped off the bed, went…
