Good potty for excretory communication with small children

We practice "excretory communication" with our children (now the fourth child, we have already done this with two of the three older ones) and simply offer them a Potty every time we change her diaper at home since birth (outside the home we sometimes use the potette when the baby is big enough to sit up unaided). Our third son is only 2.5 years old and needed an extra potty if the newborn needs one while the other is in use. I liked the Baby Bjorn Little Potty (aka BBLP, one-piece design version) but can't find it for sale anymore. I don't like composites, my eldest pinched his hip on a ledge and suffered a major setback (after which he did nothing but a diaper for months) so I ordered a Pourty hoping everything would be ok. My 2.5 year old doesn't like Pourty for some reason he can't explain, although he does like BBLP. However, Pourty works REALLY well for newborns. The opening is slightly smaller than the BBLP, which is good, and keeps him from ending up with his butt in poop if I get distracted by one of the older kids and don't hold him enough (which happened with BBLP). The back cutout is just the right size for my forearm when holding my baby sideways (eliminating communication with a newborn often means managing 'in' and 'out' at the same time - I can potty train (Sit on my lap. Slip a beach towel underneath just in case and breastfeed the baby without bending over while she is on the Pourty (a much more efficient use of time for both of us). He's 5 weeks old as I write this and it's working fine for us.
