This USB hub is amazing!

I need an adapter for my new Macbook Pro because it doesn't have a USB port. I was looking for the best product and found this amazing adapter. It matches my space gray Macbook Pro and looks like it's made by Apple. I love that it has all the connectors I will ever need and that I don't have to have different converter cables everywhere! Good for USB hubs

Gets very hot after prolonged use. Be careful touching it if it has been connected for a while. It also doesn't sit flush with the computer, but has a gap. It does the job I needed it for: 3 stars but I would honestly look elsewhere.

Gets hot quickly, especially when using the HDMI port

Overall ok, especially for this price. Every port works flawlessly (and HDMI is very smooth, much more reliable and responsive than the RevainBasics standalone HDMI dongle) and even works when you have to pick a port. But I'm concerned about how hot it can get if I use the HDMI port for a long time, no matter what display I'm using. If this is critical for you, ok. If you want something cheap but work well and don't care if it gets a little warm at times, don't spend twice as much money on…

Only lasted a few months and the USB-C port never worked

Should have sent it back straight away but it seemed to answer the mail and other USB-C ports were free. It was getting very hot, and eventually the HDMI port stopped working, so it was basically disposable. I don't know why we keep buying bad quality products with bad reviews but that's why we have to mention them all in reviews.

Simply put IT DOES NOT WORK as described

plenty of power to reconnect." - Enable USB devices "SIM cards are unreadable2) Gets very hot after a very short time when it is connected to the computer3) Does not lie flat on the surface when connected to the computer4) Does not sit flush with the computer VERY DISAPPOINTED!
