You need a stabilizer. I'm not sure about keeping it tucked in on my lap.
Used for a new Mac but needs a stabilizer. I feel like it loads at the port because it's not 100% flat on the table when plugged in. I had to play with the USB port to connect the cable. Everything is OK.
