So happy I FINALLY found a pair of Costco Black "HEAD " Socks

I've searched everywhere for an exact match to my many Costco "HEAD" socks (currently no black). They are high quality, warm and very durable. I usually take off my socks very quickly and am satisfied with how well they wear. I wear them all year round, but some might find them too warm in the summer. I wear a size 12 and find the plus size fits well and is probably roomy enough for a size 13-14, while my husband wears a size 10 and finds it very comfortable too. Shipping was a little high…

Pros
  • Machine wash lukewarm. Non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Medium for drying in a drum. Do not iron.
Cons
  • ---

Someone mentioned that these socks are similar to the Costco Crew cotton socks that were discontinued a while ago. I bought them based on this review. They used to sell carriages there. It seems to me that more polyester fibers make them lighter and thinner. Are those bad socks? I don't think this is the same product that Costco has offered crews in the past. Costco may have stopped selling this product due to cost increases or quality degradation. .They look but don't feel as soft as they…

YUP! Costco/Head Socks Soft Socks HERE!

Thank the mighty - I've found COSTCO PADDED SOCKS that have disappeared from their stores! If I remember, I saw them sold at Costco as "Head" brand soft socks. Right, but they're just called Power Cushion and they're exactly the same, super soft. Mine usually last about a year or two before they start fading or pitting, although I do walk a lot (3 times a week for 1.5 hours or more). No sock compares to it. They are not 100% cotton but breathe well but absorb moisture. They're thick, soft and…

They don't last long and tear easily

I like the initial thickness and comfort. But they wear out quickly and holes appear in them. Usually socks get thinner and then holes appear in them. Not this one. Holes will appear in them, although the rest of the socks are still strong, soft, and thick. I don't think the quality is as good as the original Costco version. They didn't seem to have any holes until the entire sock was frayed and the cotton was a little stiff and lazy. I also find that they are overpriced and we don't have to…
