PowerBass OE65C TY Component Speaker System Review

Good product. I had no problems. It has been installed for over 6 months and works great. I also upgraded the booster in my 2018 toyota tundra sr5 team.

Review Summary - Definitely recommend, especially for those not very experienced at this type of work. Just installed in about an hour. Came with everything needed for my 17th birthday Corolla is needed. You will need a drill to get the old speakers out as they are riveted on. And a riveting tool to put new ones in, or you will need your own screws. The sound is good with the factory head unit. This really is the best alternative to the factory speakers in my 2008 GS350. Clearer sound and improved bass thanks to the larger magnet. There is also no loss of volume. The high-frequency cutout (choke) installed on the woofers is not visible, its purpose is to remove high frequencies so that you get better bass. I decided to leave them installed for now. I was amazed at how tiny the original door speaker magnets were and how light they were? The bass response is definitely better than the factory ones, low frequencies are lower and the tweeters have a much cleaner, higher range, so I now hear more range and cleaner sounds at higher volumes. This comes with a base model head unit that isn't the best, so I can't wait to add an aftermarket head unit to really let these speakers shine.
