Enhanced Powerbass S1S 1-Inch Silk Dome Tweeters for Optimal Audio Experience Review

, probably 1.5 times louder and clearer than original but still very sharp with some music despite its 'silk'. By price? It's ok but next time I'll probably try Rockford Fosgates.

These silk dome tweeters are clear without the harshness of other cheaper tweeters. Hard tweeters (Mylar, Titanium) make long listening unbearable. I'm glad I chose her. I usually go for high-end drivers, but the reviews and price made these PB tweeters appealing.

Worth the price paid. Still a 5 star product at twice the price. Finding a silk dome at this price is not easy. I was a bit skeptical but these are heavy, well built little speakers that sound crisp and clear. They're a great addition to any system, from factory to extreme.

I bought these to replace the tweeters on my Hyundai Veloster. These little guys are amazing and 10x better than stock. I didn't really think these little guys would make a huge difference, but I was blown away by how great they sound. If installing on a Veloster, instead of using the standard basket, pull the speaker out of the case and then apply double-sided tape to the sides of the speaker to hold it in place. It comes with a nice crossover with simple connections.

I was looking for a cheap, easy to install, high quality tweeter kit and I found it! These silk dome tweeters are crystal clear without the harshness of hard domes. The included crossovers are perfectly matched, eliminating the need for a separate crossover control. Installation is also easy. Just use the speaker outputs and plug them in, or use a small separate amplifier. After listening to two other tweeter sets from other manufacturers I installed them in my Veloster's sail fairing. Perfect sounding tweeters for my listening style. Since they are attached so close to the rider's face, they are still soft and very cuddly. It does not sound like a snake cave, does not hiss, but evenly and thinly. I like their weight, their design and their nifty little crossovers that come with really big wires. I've become a powerbass fan lately and will continue to review…
