Bought a set of PowerLocus headsets for my son. After a while, we couldn't get them to charge anymore, which was disappointing. So, I contacted support to see if there was a hard reset we could do, and he offered to replace the headsets with the upgraded model for free.that was a very pleasant surprise! So, it's easy for me to say they exceeded my expectations for customer support!

These are amazing ! The battery life is phenomenally great and I noise cancellation is even better . Sound quality is a little muffled but overall it’s okay! BUY THESE NOWWWWW

Good sound quality for the money. I love these headohones! My only flack is that they don't work as well when you are speaking to someone on the phone. Other than+ these are great. I have two pair.

Excellent, especially for the price. I do not have audiophile ear discrimination but the sound is great for me, controls easy to learn, the headset is well worth my money. Instructions are a little sparce altho in many languages & have been written by someone who does not have real good command of English. Overall very good.

We LOVE these headphones! They are so comfortable, and they seem to fit all ages (from age 5 to adult). Great sound quality, easy to use/pair/adjust volume. They have a classy look as well. Excellent quality for the price. Had a weird issue w/ one pair of headphones we bought. Customer service was excellent and speedy. They were super easy to work with, sent a replacement - and fast, and checked in to make sure the replacement got to us and worked correctly. We’re ordering our 3rd set!

Sound is good and deep. Hip hop and rap sounds great. Other genres sound good also. But the Bluetooth is noisy. Any movement with headphones or listening device and it's a lot of static. It's like I'm too far away from device but I'm not I'm right next to it. I could not recommend

Got these for the kids (pre-teens). They are enjoying them, and, given how hard of a time they have hearing us, the noise cancellation seems to be pretty good. They are comfortable. They have also used it for their video conferences with their friend (thank you, pandemic), but both of my kids complained that they sounded muffled to their friends using the built in microphone.Unfortunately, the micro USB port for charging is really fragile. Love these headphones! They connect easily to blue tooth. They fold up to a small little package for traveling. The sounds is great. They are comfortable and they look cool! Seriously, the best 25 dollar headphones you'll find!

They sound amazing. They fit perfectly around my ear. I used them for 2.5 hours and the battery was at 90% from full charge. I’d honestly get a second pair, different color.03/31/22

I bought these in replacement of another pair that broke after a short few weeks of use. I reached out to PowerLocus and their customer service is EXCELLENT. Very responsive and let me upgrade. As for quality of sound and price they are perfect for a student to use for virtual learning.

A little disappointed that there was t a charger in the box and they won’t send me a replacement. My wife likes the headphones though.

These are great quality headphones for the price and have a premium feel to them. Good sound quality and decent noise cancelation. I would have thought this would have been a higher tier price range than $20.
