I have purchased this for several dental offices I work with. This is a great educational tool for patients! Visual effects are a powerful tool!

Really disgusting. And that's the point. It's the perfect motivation for stubborn kids, or even a reminder for adults. Close up Close ups are great! I would recommend this to others. I think dental offices should give every patient one of these books instead of toothbrush and floss!

We love this book at our orthodontic practice because the illustrations help teens to improve their oral care at home and the consequences of not doing it. Home care is very important, especially when children wear braces! thanks dr Ted for a wonderful book!

Love the book BUT the pictures are mostly of baby teeth or a few teenagers. I wanted to see more photos of adult teeth because they are older and it would be nice to see what the gums look like in preparation for false teeth and what happens to adults after bad teenage habits.

This book has been kept in our dental practice for many years. This probably helps with patient compliance! Our old one was too worn out from constant browsing, so we updated it. The only downside is that the new version doesn't have a spiral binding. This is a normal mount that will not stand up to daily handling. However, it is good reading entertainment in the waiting room.

The pictures in this book are fantastic. The level of detail and size of the photos make it a great educational tool and a great addition to any dental office, especially children. My only criticism would be the price, these photos are so educational it would be great if there was a paperback version at a lower price for wider distribution. Explaining this book to any child will greatly improve their dental health for the rest of their lives.

I bought this book in addition to the first edition of the book I have in my office. The kids love it, it's a great way to impress. Thought the more recent "Big" book was even better, I would be very disappointed to find that what appears to be 70-80% of the book is exactly the same as the first.
