I started using these when I had built in braces (attached to the inside of my teeth) and the little hook at the end of these kits is perfect for cleaning those impossible nooks and crannies that nothing else can get. The width of the pick is also perfect, narrow enough to fit through the small gaps in my teeth and thick enough to be strong and supportive.
