Bought to cover two new Queen pillows from Beautyrest. I washed them before putting the pillows in. They were stuck and one of the zippers (fortunately on the side with no zipper) broke. I ordered these covers assuming they were relatively high quality covers. That's definitely not true. Before first use, the covers are machine washed in warm water with a mild detergent. They shrunk enough in the first wash to reduce their capacity from queen size to standard. To make matters worse, one of the zippers broke after I placed it on a regular sized pillow. I have just ordered another regular size pillow after being very happy with the same product for king size pillows. The fabric feels luxurious, neither stiff nor too flimsy. It's made from 100% cotton with a 600 thread count, so it's comfortable and breathable. Nylon zipper, easy to fasten. I can't believe I'm writing a review for pillow protectors, but I'm here because they deserve a BIG recognition. Soft and dense fabric is a true 600 TC; I love the satin finish. The tube completely encloses the entire perimeter of the case, and the zipper is high quality and concealed.
