Some issues keeping away, wish they'd improve

The best part of working for PSA is that I get to work remotely. It's very flexible and allows me to set my own hours and schedule. I enjoy being able to keep up to date with current events and industry trends even when I'm not physically in the office. There are some things about PSA that make me feel uncomfortable including the constant changes to our compensation plan. I would definitely consider other options before signing on with PSA.   • Opportunity within leadership roles
  • Compensation plans evolve but often increase performance pay! (which i absolutely love!) as well.
  • Remote opportunities available, sometimes without travel required; remote opportunity at client site or satellite offices also possible which requires minimal physical presence

Great experience using Parsoms McGees services

The staff at PSA are dedicated professionals that focus their attention solely toward delivering superior service which we have received time after timemy searches has been performed by them! Nothing I can think of but they do great work for us!! A few years back when i was searching through our system looking fo r candidates who could assist my department within one or both companies here @ParsonsMcGee & Co.,they were very helpful as well! They found many names int he process it helped me alot

Preferred staffing agency, quick turnaround times

The best part about PSA was that they were able to find me several jobs within my field of expertise very quickly! I did not like how it took them so long from when we submitted an application until receiving any callbacks or interviews for positions at their client companies; this process can be frustrating if you're looking forward to getting hired right away as opposed to waiting weeks before beginning work somewhere new!!
