Hot air only, no cold air

If your air conditioner is blowing hot air instead of cold air, even when you've switched it to cold, then that's a problem. The mines have been repaired. Installation is difficult due to the position. Just make sure you have a long box wrench.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Easy serviceability

Do not buy but use Dorman or Motorcraft

Terrible product, took 6 months and broke. Customer service is terrible and no guarantees, don't try to save a few bucks. Choose the best brand (Dorman or Motorcraft) so you don't have to install twice.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Overpriced

Fits 05 Ford F1 50 on spares

Easy to install, just fold down the glove box and remove the radio panel, and you can get the 8 key and loosen the three screws, make sure the Door valve is half open when installed and the gear is on line. The upgrade failed in less than a year, if you spend the extra $10 when buying OEM, it's worth it!

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember
