First of all I want to clarify that this is the first time I've tried dry cleaning. I figured it would probably do a better job of removing dead skin and be more eco-friendly. It took me a while to get used to how rough the bristles are on my skin. But the further I went the more relaxed I became and I saw the dead skin peeling off which was nice. It was easy to let go. I love that they are natural fibers but these brushes are terribly hard! I noticed that most of the reviews on here discuss the drybrush. For me they are too hard to clean the body with a dry brush. I have softer brushes that I use for dry brushing and even those can be quite intense at times. So another use for them is the shower/bathtub.
