Perfect match for my 2011 Subaru Outback. I have always used K&N engine air filters and wondered when they would release cabin filters.

Pretty good filter. BUT. For 2 weeks an unpleasant rubber smell penetrated through the ventilation openings. But it worked and now it works perfectly. But the rubber environment emits an unpleasant odor. It's tolerable, but I don't want it to smell.

I am delighted that K&N has expanded their range to include reusable/washable cabin air filters and now even oven filters. The throwaway economy is bullshit and adds another insult to the way we pollute the planet. Longtime user of K&N engine and cabin air filters. I just fitted a K&N VF2047 to our 2021 VW Jetta GLI 2.0L engine. This is a direct match. As can be seen in the pictures, the white filter is the original VW/OEM filter. The black filter is a K&N 2047. The image with the cover attached is above the K&N filter.
