Wow! Reduced thawing time!

I bought this after reading the reviews, some negative but most positive, and I was a bit skeptical myself. The item arrived quickly and in good condition. My wife asked me to defrost a large salmon and laughed when I showed her the thawing tray. The salmon was defrosted in less than an hour, I loved it and my wife was impressed. Good value for money.

That does not work! Don't waste your time.

There's nothing magical about this product because it doesn't work! I tried it twice and it didn't speed up the defrosting process. I even washed off the frost and panned quite a few times as recommended, but it didn't help. There were 2 inch thick steaks and after 4 hours they were still frozen. I ended up spending more money on takeout because the dinner was ruined. Come back!

Essential for busy people

If you're the kind of person who knows in advance what to cook for dinner and plans accordingly, then don't pay attention, you won't understand why the rest of us need it. However, if you're like me and you're wondering what to make for dinner two hours before your scheduled meal and urgently need to get something out of the freezer, this is an AMAZING find. This defrosting dish works like magic and defrosts meat, fish or chicken without the weird pre-cooking in the microwave. I use it at least
