I ordered this because the title and description says elastic. What has arrived is not elastic. I've been making donation masks for key and healthcare workers and this has been frustrating as I've been waiting for them to arrive in two donation colors. Waiting for return authorization!

I bought this product to use as a rope for Christmas chains. It was beautiful and the glitter made it so festive. I was able to cut it to any length I wanted and the price was excellent. The ends didn't come apart. I did not find any cons in this product. Just make sure you know which mm you need for your project.
