Evak canisters have an innovative design. However, do not buy the regular version which is made of plastic. Cheap stuff. Instead, spend a little more and buy Evak Premium glass canisters. If you buy tall versions of any material, choose a butt grip with a higher camber. As the plunger nears the bottom of the container, unless you have very small hands, it becomes very difficult to reach through the normal grip.

I received this specifically for a one-off item that we needed to hold a certain amount for. From what I've read it should hold 16 ounces. I have something for 14.5 ounces.
