Love that I can use this for mushrooms! I hate hand peeling mushrooms, this works with both tender veggies and tougher ones.

The bristles on most vegetable brushes are too hard. I love eating veggies in their skins as the skins are full of very good nutrients. Soft bristles are often best for this. But sometimes I also need strong bristles, so having both is great.

Of all things to have a preference. Indeed? vegetable brush? Yes. I bought one of these at a local store a year ago. When it wore out I bought what was available at the time. It sucks in comparison and I've been ordering them online ever since because I can't find them locally.
