It takes care of my face so well it's unbelievable that after years of bics, gillettes and schicks my sensitive face turns so red it feels like an airplane could land on it night. For aftershave, I use Jason SPF 45 Tanning Lotion, which is so good at removing razor burn instantly that I have to check to see if I've actually shaved or not. I wish the razor mechanism itself was a little more durable, but that's a minor issue as I still have my original handle and blade attachment.

The good news is that this product is made from recycled plastic and has not been abused. On the other hand, it's so cheap and haphazardly designed that it's impossible to use. Neither of the two blades that came with it fit on the handle. In general, the shaver made a cheap and crappy impression. I feel like I've been used to try to do the right thing. I will definitely warn my friends so they don't fall for this bait like I did.

Just received it and am using it today. I've been using the Gillette 2 transducers for many years (because they were cheap in the large pack) and wanted to make the switch after learning that Gillette tested on animals. In fact, I would call them a step up from my old ones. They are smooth, feel good in the hand and give you a nice close shave. So far, so good :-)

Yes, this recyclable plastic razor handle is said to be more environmentally friendly than traditional disposable razors, but the blades don't shave as well in my opinion. and it looks fragile. I finally gave up this brand after using two heads. To recycle a pen you have to send it back (border won't recycle it), which uses paper packaging and technically uses gas, water and energy for the recycling process. Is it better than buying a metal razor handle that I will use for years? I decided no.

I regret that I bought it. Instead I prefer 5 blades and a handle because I can really use them. It is also inaccessible to some disabled people. I can't grip the razor firmly or long enough to put the razor on, it's a struggle to get it going and when the blade falls off the handle in the middle of a shave.

for many years. It works just as well as any disposable razor. I buy Personna Tri-Flexxx "male" replacement cartridges which are less than half the cost of Preserve cartridges at my local Whole Foods store. They fit the Preserve razor handle and work great.
