We needed something on the outside steps of our new camper trailer as the steps had a raised pattern with small dots. Great if you have shoes to clean the floor but VERY uncomfortable going in and out barefoot. They fit perfectly where it's pretty easy to install and looks great. Easy to clean with a garden hose - they seem to last a long time. Pay attention to the size and whether you have rectangle or radius steps. We bought the wrong ones on the spot.

At first I avoided step covers because I didn't want them to look like AstroTurf, but I quickly realized how much dirt would get into the caravan without them.
