Description of Prest Fit 2 4111 Chocolate Outrigger

Designed for manual or electric multi-step RV entrances. Each pack contains three (3) 22 inch wide rugs that fit curved steps 8 inches to 10 inches deep. Made of high-quality outdoor carpet, UV-protected against sun damage and fading. Included rust-resistant springs and hook-and-loop fastening strips make them adjustable and easy to install. Micro-ribbed texture provides added traction and makes these rugs easy to clean, simply hose off and dry. Fit type: Universal Fit.

Cheap Outrigger Fails to Impress

This automotive part was a complete letdown. After I put it to the test, the cheap construction was evident. The product is flimsy, and the installation process was a hassle. The only pro is the price, but even that isn't worth it. Save yourself the headache and invest in a higher quality outrigger. The con is that the product is poorly built and not durable enough for long-term use.

8 springs are missing. There is no excuse for such poor quality control. And this is not an isolated case, as other reviewers have reported the same problem.

Wrong color or material.

Ordered this product a few weeks ago and got what I ordered. Chocolate brown carpet because I hate artificial turf. Click 'Order New' to make sure I get the same for the back steps and gray synthetic turf. Maybe you just keep them to yourself because coming back is very painful but not fun. Same part number but clearly mislabeled or something.

  • The micro-ribbed structure provides additional support and makes these carpets easier to clean. Just rinse them off with a hose and dry them off.

  • There are other interesting options.
