This evening cape complemented my floor-length black and gold Gatsby/Roaring 20s dress perfectly. However, the embroidery made the shawl heavy and this detail would have been better suited to a simple or minimally embellished dress (I had a dress with details and the beading on the shawl was too overwhelming).
