Unreliable Descender, Ruined My Climb

After I put it to the test on my recent climb I was thoroughly disappointed in this product. The unreliable and finicky descender mechanism caused me great frustration, and even ruined my climb... I wouldn`t recommend this to anyone in Sports and Outdoors looking for a reliable and effective climbing device..

Open package suitable for outdoor recreation

I ordered these new ones and they came in opened/repackaged clam shells. All parts were included and none appear to have been used or came with all instructions. I bought 4 to use/gift to hunting friends after an "incident" last year where my buddy got stuck in his harness for a while before he was able to return to his posture. I watched the video before ordering and loved how they work and the peace of mind they give me and my family if another fall occurs.
