Pulled off the warehouse floor

Must have been kicked around the warehouse for days. A full 75% were corrupted, but more importantly, 25% were hacked and therefore unusable.

Expensive and disappointing

No stars in any category as it is a misnomer to refer to tuna in sauce. Basically it's a liquid sauce with pieces of fish. Our cat wasn't impressed.

Disgusting bursting cat food cans have arrived.

I have no idea how you put several cans of cat food in a USPS priority box. I dropped these suction cups on the concrete and all I got was a dent. It's too hard to send back and now I don't trust the food to feed my cats. Tons of $ wasted.

How could that happen?

Our cats liked the food! I definitely recommend it and will order again. However when the package arrived and started opening it the smell was so bad and the inner packaging was soaked with the contents of one of the jars. Discover that one of the cans is crushed and damaged enough to contaminate the other 23 cans. I ended up having to wash each glass with soap and water. As a result of this process, all labels were removed from 23 cans. Revine asked a question: how did the package arrive…
