This is a well designed and manufactured outlet. The right angle connector is ideal for space-constrained applications. However, there are some disadvantages. It must be plugged into the bottom socket if the straight cord goes through a regular two socket outlet. Plug and cord are UL listed (UL marked) but power tap is *not* UL marked and not UL certified. Due to the straight flat plug, only a wall socket can be used. Other brands have the cord exit at an angle, allowing you to plug a second extension cord into the same outlet.

Very cheap. I bought 2 of these and the next day one won't turn off with the switch. Works fine so far. But one had a problem.

I like that it is long enough for me to tuck behind the head of the bed and still able to be to use it next to a bed. Some of them are so short that they cannot even be used.

Small size, sockets are close together so only suitable for small plugs. I can't connect the transformer plugs due to the orientation of the receivers.
