Ease of installation. Works as it should

I needed a new regulator for my Devilbiss compressor which is no longer made. I ordered this and it arrived quickly. The only things you need for the installation are some wrenches and some white tape to connect the pipes. Easy to use installation. So far it works very well.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Expensive

Leaks and doesn't work at all. Do not buy

. Also, is there a valve in this thing for some reason? Why does he randomly turn off the air supply? Garbage. I think I will take everything back, the manufacturer should pay for my work.

Pros
  • . Comfortable to use.
Cons
  • . Protection

Easy to fix but unfortunately it needs renovation.

You get what you pay for. On the back opposite the manometer there is a plug that is inserted and then sealed with silicone. It was less than a day before it started leaking and had to be removed from the air compressor, cleaned of silicone and removed/reinstalled with thread tape in place. A simple solution, but unfortunately it has to be fixed on the first day.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Minor Repairability

Good inexpensive general purpose air regulator

Good inexpensive general purpose air regulator. The caliber is a bit small but 100% suitable for local regulation in your store. I wouldn't use it as the main regulator on a stationary compressor, although it does have a pretty good flow rate. I don't know if there are replacement parts for it, I consider them consumables. 8 years without problems with my eldest. Don't worry about where they're made, they're way better than the ones sold at the tool store that end up in cargo.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

air leaks. Doesn't work

Good.โ€ฆโ€ฆ. Like many other reviewers, this regulator has been leaking air from under the adjustment knob since I plugged it in. Handle removed....does the air escape through a small hole in the top of the case? You can stop the licking by turning the knob all the way, but then you have no air pressure adjustment. Another reviewer suggested connecting the airflow in reverse. I tried this; it's still flowing. Totally useless. Didn't try it right away and missed the return window. 20 bucks down theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

OK, but a small lack of quality

Well I worked about a month then I started to lick. Makes a piercing whistle. There is a plug on the back of the device, directly opposite the manometer. They put a plug in BUT it's not a tapered plug, it's just a straight threaded plug that they coated with silicone glue. After a few weeks it started dripping. I took it off, cleaned the threads, applied MANY layers of teflon tape and replaced. Calm now. Let's see how long this lasts. I may have to buy a conical plug if it leaks again. Theyโ€ฆ

Mine is leaking too! in gauge sets

From others' experience, I have a lot of leakage from the adjustment cap area. Screwing it all the way in eliminates the leak, but then you're left with no air regulator. This POS only cost me $20 so I decided to take it apart and see if I could find the problem instead of returning it. When I took off the adjustment cap and unscrewed the cover, I noticed corrosion on the diaphragm. Removal of the diaphragm revealed additional corrosion inside the case. Maybe one of those desiccant packs willโ€ฆ

Good value for money, fully satisfied.

First, low cost, so don't expect perfection. I replaced the damaged pancake compressor regulator, I wasn't sure about the tube size, the 3/8 to 1/4 adapters were included and I used them, everything worked fine. You need to use some Teflon sealing tape on each thread connection, adapters add connection, so: tape adapter tape regulator tape adapter tape 1/4 is suitable for tools. , there is a compressor page and an instrument page. The instructions say so, look for a TRIANGLE stamped on one ofโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Okay, I just got this thing. I was about to throw the towel away and send it back. That's the problem. YOU MUST direct the air using the triangle at the bottom of one of the ports. Here's the tricky part: Obviously the direction of the airflow is in the wrong direction. I swapped the inlet and outlet ports, now the gauge is on the wrong side. Remove the hexagon screw at the back, it has a silicone strip, don't get rid of it, just take it out and put it on the other side, now the sensor port can

Pros
  • Easy installation

  • There are other interesting options.
